By Plane - There are a number of carriers (Ryanair being the most frequent)  that fly to us and several airports that are accessible

Our nearest airport is - Carcassonne (30 mins drive)

Followed by Beziers (40 mins drive)

 then Perpigan (45 mins drive)

and Toulouse and Montpellier are just under 90 mins drive

Gerona in Spain is also a plausible airport at just under 120 mins drive away and some people even fly into Barcelona and add on a couple of days to stay in the city before coming to us.

There are plenty of hire cars available but it is always advisable to book ahead.

By car - Arriving from Carcassonne direction  take the Autoroute (A61) towards Narbonne (Montpellier and Perpignan) Leave the motorway at exit 25 (Lézignan-Corbières). Immediately after the tollbooth tak a left at the roundabout, in the direction of Ferrals, Fabrezan and Lagrasse. After 3 or 4 minutes ( you will have gone over the motorway), take the first left into Ferrals. At the bottom of the road turn right at the T-crossing.  Maison de la Roche is 500 metres on the left just after the old  Renault garage. We have big wooden gates and there is a  wooden horse trough which sometimes has actual living flowers in it. If you see the big recycling bins you have just passed the gates.

 (Don't forget European law, now stipulates that drivers must carry a hazard triangle and at least one day-glo jacket in the car!)

By Train -Those who prefer travelling by train can take any of the high speed trains linking London, Paris/Lille  with Narbonne in about half a day's journey.

To get the best out of your holiday we reccommend that you  hire a car.
