All prices are inclusive of heating, water, linen and towels (bath and beach.)  A supplement of 60 Euros will be charged for any extra beds required.

Off season weekenders (or midweekers) are welcome as are Long Term lets and in fact our gites have been designed especially to be that home from home for people who might want to 'try out' living in the South of France or are house hunting. Plus we can give you loads of tips! So off season our changeover days are flexible.

For those looking for shorter breaks , our prices are from £150 - £185 per night  for the whole gite.  Please Note these prices only apply outside of main season as the gites are only rented out for a minimum of one week during that time. 

All three gites have plenty of space for privacy but they are very conducive to be rented together too. The Upper Gites share a landing and a stair gate can be put up so that toddlers can run freely from one gite to the other. But each gite has its own front door for when its time out!

Bookings and deposits

25% payable for reservation (non refundable) , the balance 6 weeks before the holiday date.

A 300 Euro/£300 deposit is also payable in advance, which is refunded soon after your departure online.


Cleaning service is optional . If you prefer not to do it yourself please let us know at the beginning of your stay. The cost is 60 Euros 

Changeover Day

Usually Saturday but sometimes flexible off season. Arrival after 15h00 (can be flexible). Departure before 10h00. 

As all holiday operators advise, we recommend you take out travel insurance. A car is highly recommended so you can take full advantages of all the region has to offer.
